Send the event date, venue, room or booth dimensions, audience layout, programme and setup window. Include presenter counts, microphone preferences, playback needs and any exhibitor manual. Venue access, loading and electrical requirements affect the proposal.
Prioritize speech clarity, microphone placement and soundcheck. Put audience speakers ahead of presenter microphones. Include laptop audio and a tested mixer control connection. For LED presentations, confirm the screen canvas and rehearse large, readable slides from the furthest seat.
Plan main speakers and low-frequency support around the dance floor or audience. Performers need separate monitor mixes and an input list. White front light supports faces; programmed colour washes support the room. Confirm the venue sound limit and the operator schedule.
Our mini cabinets are 500 × 500 mm with 128 × 128 pixels. Eight cabinets in a 4 × 2 grid make a 2 × 1 m, 512 × 256 pixel screen. Twenty-eight in a 7 × 4 grid make a 3.5 × 2 m, 896 × 512 pixel screen. Prepare content for the native canvas or fit standard video without stretching. Processor compatibility, support and circuit distribution are confirmed before installation.
Start with the exhibitor manual and footprint. Plan visitor movement, product visibility, graphics and screen position together. A booth loop often works without sound; white focused lighting helps products stand out. Confirm organizer approvals, electrical orders and build / dismantling schedules.
Equipment rates are indicative CAD per day. The written proposal defines support gear, cables, mounting, delivery, setup, show operation, strike, venue costs and taxes. Dates and stock are confirmed separately. The website records a pending reservation request and collects no payment.
